Progressive Web App (PWA) :
Now a days, most of the persons want to like shopping from mobile apps. So, If you want to enhance your business then you also need to manage your side responsive, more faster, reliable and user-friendly.
Magento 2.3 will take best feature is PWA technologies. PWA is a progressive web app which is new frontend technology. It is combine native apps and websites. PWA will provide app-like experiance in the browsers in low data frequency, offline compatiblity and push notifications. It will allow data-caching, which is determine by writing the frontend of the website with JavaScript framework. So, user can able to work offline if internet connection will be loss. It will also interect with backend using Magento 2 REST API.
GraphQL for Fast PWA :
GraphQL is a newly emerged approach to web services which is a query API language to make better performance of frontend side as a output of optimized query. It’s independent for frontend and backend. Using GraphQL, data will be send and receive in much smaller packets to make faster load times. Now, No need to perform multiple request to fetch all data on the page.

In Magento 2.3, Database table will be combined with XML rather than install schema. Therefore, there will be no more trouble to face for update columns in database tables. This feature will be make Magento update fuctionality simple to rollback module or functionality of previous version.
Asynchronous and Bulk Web API :
This API allows to execute large number of API request asychronously. Separate status reporting API is offered to check on the progress of request by ID. It can also able to processing multiple entities in a single number of request.

Now, full PHP 7.2 support will be available in Magento 2.3. This will allow the portal to stay updated with supported and latest technology with latest language features. It will also replace mcrypt with more secured with it’s new encryption technique.
Multi Source Inventory :
Now, Merchant will link multiple stock location to a product. This will help to manage which resource is nearest to the customer based on their shipping address. Also, multi-source inventory allows for tracking stock levels from multiple stock location (warehouse). Thus, It will help in better reserve the inventory and increse the speed performance to the merchants.
WYSIWYG Upgrade :
The WYSIWYG editor (TinyMCE) is upgraded from version 3 to version 4 in Magento 2.3. It will introduce with new enhancements for highly customizable WYSIWYG editor. In this editor, Widgets, variables & media gallery implemented as plugins which can be defined globally or on per instance level.
Page Builder :
This feature will bring new enhancements about user can able to create and change pages using simple drag and drop interface. Now, There are no need to write code to create customized page. This functionality is working KnockoutJS, TypeScript, and Magento UI components.
Cache-Management ACL :
Now, You can control exactly which user roles can view and delete the Magento cache. You can control over which user is allowed to execute which Cache-related action.
Two Factor Authentication and Google reCAPTCHA:
Magento 2.3 add two-factor authentication to protect against malicious attempts to access your Magento admin panel as an extra layer of security for users.
And now, Google reCaptcha will available in login, register and contact form pages without any third-party plugin.
